Albert Kwame Tchalla is a Research Assistant at the DIPPER Lab, where he applies his knowledge in blockchain technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to tackle important challenges in food safety and food traceability. By leveraging blockchain, Albert is focused on creating more transparent and reliable food supply chains, ensuring that every step from farm to table is secure and verifiable. Albert also uses AI to enhance food safety, utilizing machine learning techniques to identify potential risks and improve the quality and safety of food products. His research aims to integrate advanced technology into the food industry, making it more efficient and trustworthy. Beyond research, Albert brings his expertise in mobile development to the implementation of these solutions, ensuring that they are accessible and user-friendly through mobile platforms. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
