Dr. Prince Odame is a distinguished biomedical engineer, educator, and reverend minister whose life’s work sits at the intersection of science, compassion, and divine purpose. As the Team Lead of the Health Division at the DIPPER Lab, a cutting-edge research hub focused on Distributed IoT Platforms, Privacy, and Edge Intelligence, he champions the development of affordable, high-impact medical technologies tailored for low-resource communities across Ghana and beyond.
With an academic background spanning Agricultural Engineering (BSc), Biological Engineering (MSc, University of Georgia, USA), and a PhD in Computer Engineering (KNUST), Dr. Odame brings an exceptional blend of multidisciplinary expertise to his teaching, research, and mentorship. He currently lectures in Biomechanics I & II and Biomaterials I, guiding the next generation of biomedical innovators with clarity, passion, and a deep sense of responsibility.
